中華人民共和国建国記念日抗議デモ

ー中国は拡張主義をやめろ！ー

【趣旨文】

中華人民共和国が1949年に建国されて以降、中国国内では多くの国民が虐殺されてきました。もともと独立国であったチベット・東トルキスタン（ウイグル）・南モンゴルは植民地化され、各民族へのジェノサイド政策はいまも増々強化されています。香港の一国二制度は否定され、民主主義は圧殺されています。

中国の周辺国への拡張主義は過去のものではありません。台湾や尖閣諸島、沖縄にまで手を伸ばそうとしています。2023年に出された中国の地図は、インドやネパール、ロシアの一部を領土であると記載し、台湾も含んだ「十段線」で西沙諸島、南沙諸島も領海であるとしています。さらに中国は不当な禁輸措置を台湾、日本などに行い、相手国や国際世論に影響を与えコントロールしようとしています。

今も続く弾圧やジェノサイドを即刻止め、周辺国との軋轢を生み続ける拡張主義を止めるよう求める、中国政府に対しての抗議デモを行います。

Protest on the Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China

~ China, Stop Expansionism! ~

 

Purpose Statement:

Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949, numerous citizens within China have been subjected to oppression. Tibet, East Turkestan (Uyghur), and Southern Mongolia, which were originally independent nations, have been colonized, and genocidal policies toward various ethnic groups have been increasingly enforced. The “One Country, Two Systems” principle in Hong Kong has been denied, and democracy has been suppressed.

China’s expansionist ambitions extend beyond its borders. It seeks to extend its influence to Taiwan, the Senkaku Islands, and even Okinawa. In a 2023 map released by China, it claims territories in India, Nepal, and parts of Russia, as well as asserting that the West and South China Seas are its territorial waters, including Taiwan within the “Nine-Dash Line.” Furthermore, China imposes unjust embargoes on Taiwan, Japan, and others, attempting to influence and control other nations and international opinion.

We will hold a protest to demand an immediate end to the ongoing repression and genocide and to stop the expansionism that continues to create tensions with neighboring countries, calling on the Chinese government to do so.

• Please follow the instructions of the organizers and the police.
